We find that clients who have chronic sleep issues respond well by starting with weekly 30 minute appointments. After a few weeks the body remembers how to relax much easier and faster.
Of course your therapist will also offer further support and advice on your individual circumstances.
Once your body is re-balanced or a stressful situation resolves many people simply come every 4 -8 weeks and find that they continue to relax at deeper and deeper levels.
